Returns & Exchanges Process
To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:

- Receive Instructions: We will email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Returns without authorization may not be accepted.
- Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Ship it to the address provided in the instructions. Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- Inspection and Processing: Once received, our team will inspect the item within 5 business days. If approved, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refund Timeline and Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- PayPal: 3-5 business days for the refund to process.
